Japanese knotweed site survey for commercial sites

Since the size, scale and location of every Japanese knotweed infestation is different, our TCM knotweed specialists perform a detailed site survey on your commercial land, building site, property development site, or other business premises, to ascertain the following:  

1. The extent of the infestation
We can confirm the extent of the infestation with photographic evidence, and if necessary, should the location be inaccessible, or on a larger scale, we will deploy a drone to obtain aerial images of the area. 

2. Location of the infestation
We determine the proximity the Japanese knotweed is growing to your, and neighbouring property, land or development. 

3. Maturity of the infestation
It is important to understand the maturity of the invasive weed infestation, i.e. at what stage in the growing cycle the plant is. Only then can we make an accurate recommendation on the best possible method with which to treat and eradicate the problem. 

4. Access requirements
We will need to determine if the infestation is easily accessible, and consider other vegetation growing nearby.
